The Picture will show you where the EEPROM is located at, but here goes some of the Manufacturer’s Specs and Manual for this model. If you have the BIN file for this model or addition pictures? Please let me know and I will post it here.

ThinkPad Transnote Features
Flip Touch Display
Pivoting 264.2 mm (10.4-in) LCD (measured diagonally) with 800 x 600 resolution display provides excellent viewing and usability. Use a stylus tip on the digitizer pen or your fingertip for convenient information access, cursor control, and on-screen annotation without a keyboard or mouse. You can adjust the screen to whatever angle is most comfortable. The screen and image even flip to show presentations or information to someone sitting across from you.

Flip Touch Control
One-button access to a variety of button-style system controls that can be used even when the keyboard is covered by
the FlipTouch display. These include:

Keyboard and TrackPoint with enhanced features
The keyboard has the familiar layout of a ThinkPad notebook with function keys that | allow you to quickly access system functions, such as power management control.


Processor
Mobile Pentium III processors at 600 MHz with SpeedStep technology for exceptional performance and efficient operation.

Storage
The customer-removable 10.0 GB HDD with password protection is standard.

Memory
Uses non-parity 64-bit 100 MHz SDRAM memory. Standard 64 MB can be expanded to a maximum of 320 MB.

Modem and Network Capability
Versatile communications with the 56K V.90 modem and 10/100 Ethernet industry-standard mini-PCI combination card. Network ready with RJ-45 and RJ-11 ports standard to allow modem and LAN support without cable or card swapping

PC Card and Compact Flash Cards
The Type II PC Card slot accommodates one Type II 16-bit PC card or 32-bit CardBus card option. Zoom video is not supported. The Type II Compact Flash slot accepts a variety of re movable expansion media including the 1 GB or 340 MB Microdrive and compact flash memory.

Audio
All models support Sound Blaster audio applications. Systems are equipped with jacks for external stereo speakers or headphone and external microphone.

Video
1 4.0 MB video RAM for excellent video performance.

USB Ports
On-board, industry-standard port for high-speed peripherals such as printers, keyboards, diskette drives, and digital cameras.

Infrared
IR transceiver for wireless file and data transfer and printing. Supports IrDA 1.1 mode (from 115 Kbps to 4 Mbps).

External Display Port
For use with a second monitor or connection to a video projection system.

Post-It Software Notes Lite
