PROCESSOR: Mobile Pentium II at 233 MHz with 512 KB of L2 cache and floating-point decimal, providing exceptional performance. MEMORY: Uses the 144-pin, 64-bit SDRAM SO DIMM, 3V, non-parity memory; 32 MB of SDRAM SO DIMM system memory (RAM) is standard. The ThinkPad 600 recognizes up to 288 MB of addressable memory with the Mobile Pentium II processors at 233 MHz. Current available memory options allow memory expansion up to 160 MB using two 64 MB SDRAM SO DIMMs in the two available slots for memory expansion. Memory expansion beyond 160 MB depends on the availability of memory options larger than 64 MB SDRAM SO DIMMs that meet ThinkPad 600 specifications. Such availability cannot be guaranteed. PCMCIA: The Type III slot accommodates either two Type I, two Type II, or one Type III PC card. The slot supports the CardBus adapters(6), PC card, and the Zoomed Video (ZV) adapter.
