The Picture will show you where the EEPROM is located at, but here goes some of the Manufacturer’s Specs and Manual for this model. If you have the BIN file for this model or addition pictures? Please let me know and I will post it here.

ThinkPad A21m Features

LCD display
The A21m ThinkPad family includes a large 381-mm (15.0-inch), a 358.1-mm (14.1-inch) and a 307.3-mm (12.1-inch) active matrix display. Resolutions are shown in the following tables.

Video modes
For ThinkPad A21m 2628-Dxx - 307.3-mm (12.1-in) TFT with resolution of 800 x 600 and the A21m 2628-Exx
= 358.1-mm (14.1-in) TFT with resolution of 1024 x 768 (4 MB SDRAM)

Video modes
For ThinkPad A21m 2628-Fxx and 2628-Gxx (Internal 8 MB SDRAM) Fxx = 381-mm (15.0-in) TFT and Gxx = 358.1-mm (14.1-in) TFT with resolution of 1024 x 768

Keyboard and TrackPoint with Press-to-Select
The keyboard has the familiar layout of a ThinkPad with function keys that allow quick access to system functions, such as power management control. Use the TrackPoint with Press-to-Select to select objects by pressing the TrackPoint cap.

Processor
The systems have a Mobile Pentium III processor at 800 MHz, 750 MHz and 700 MHz with 256 KB of on-board cache.

Memory
100 MHz, Non-parity, 64-bit SDRAM SO DIMM memory. Expandable to a maximum of 512 MB with 64, 128, or 256 MB DIMMs. Two internal slots are available for one extra memory module for customers who require a memory upgrade. The 64 MB card can be replaced with a 256 MB card and another 256 MB card added to the extra slot.

PCMCIA
The Type III slot can accommodate two Type I or two Type II, or one Type III PC card. Both 16-bit and 32-bit cards are supported. Both PCMCIA slots contain a ZV port.

PC Card Support Software
The auto configuration and memory device driver enable supported PCMCIA cards by sensing them automatically.
PCMCIA cards supported by the auto configuration and memory device driver are listed in the Sales Manual.

Storage
Standard 10 GB or 20 GB with optional 10, 20, and 32 GB HDDs also available. Two HDDs can be used concurrently to offer expanded storage. These HDDs issue an alert if a failure is pending.

Audio
Excellent sound quality with two stereo speakers, 16-bit stereo audio supporting Sound Blaster Pro, built-in stereo speakers, microphone, and volume control

Three audio jacks:
One for external stereo speakers or headphone
One for an external microphone
One for line-in
Infrared (IR): IR transceiver for wireless file and data transfer and printing. ThinkPad A21m models are compatible with the Infrared Data Association (IrDA) IR data link specification with speeds up to 4 Mbps.
Other features: Enhanced parallel, external display, pointer keyboard-keypad, serial, and universal serial bus (USB) ports. Aditional connector supports the optional Port Replicator and Dock.
