Answer: The 24RF08 Reader come with the battery pack, data cable, serial cable, external EEPROM board and a Floppy with the software.

[3] Why am I getting "Eeprom Not Available!"?
Answer: Most of the time you get this error is because you don't have a good connection on the EEPROM or you wire something wrong.

[4] Why am I getting a Error saying "ERROR: Circuit not found or bus error!"?
Answer: The reason you might be getting this error if you didn't turn on the power on the battery pack or if you didn't connect the serial port right? Please check your setting in the serial port on your computer.
